HKUST MBAAA Exco members had a monthly meeting tonight. However, only 4 members showed up...everybody is so busy for working...

Kitty, who is the leader of Alumni Development Office in HKUST MBA Office, attended the meeting today as this is the last attendance for her, because she will leave MBA Office soon. She contributed a lot to ADO and MBAAA. We really appreciate that! She brought her successor, Renee.

We had one more guest tonight, Florence, who is the contact person of MBA Association.

She told me that MBAA is negotiating with MBA Office for cleaning service in SKCC Hall, which is student dorm.

What? Cleaning service for SKCC? SKCC actually has free cleaning service now. How come they are negotiating?

She said that MBAA requests MBA Office to provide the cleaning service for each individual room... What a greedy students they are! Besides, MBAA also requested to provide a laundry service for students... Too much!

I think it's not good way of consuming MBA Office's budget, coming from their tuition. Its budget should be allocated for more effective and productive things such as inviting good guest speakers from outside of the school.

Let's get back to MBAAA Exco meeting, anyway. We had many topics to review, discuss and confirm. In addition, the next election for Exco member is coming soon. Thus, President Benno asked all of us to stay as the member or not. Of course I'm gonna stay!

However, I'm considering whether I can contribute to MBAAA as the deputy president or not... Honestly, I couldn't do it this year as my workload in my company was too heavy to devote my time for MBAAA.

Anyhow, I will do my best!
